We Bansher agency, a leading provider of security services in Qatar. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable security guards to join our team and we have entrusted Almodhaf Recruitment Agency with the task of recruiting and shortlisting the guards on our behalf.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and who have a proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Your specific responsibilities may include:

Monitor the premises to ensure that all security protocols and procedures are being followed.

Respond to any security incidents, including alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and other team members.

Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure that all security needs are being met.

Maintain a clean and well-maintained uniform and equipment.

Adhere to all security protocols and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and incident reporting.

Qualifications:

Valid security guard license with a clean security record.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security guard.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations with grace and professionalism.

Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What can we offer?

For the position of security guard, we are offering a salary of $350 per month. Accommodation and meals will be offered by the company. We have a lot of incentives for the position.
