Your specific responsibilities may include:

Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.

Create compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all parties involved are satisfied.

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a creative or technology-focused industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

What can we offer?

For the position of Sales Executives, we are offering a salary of Kshs.75,000 per month. Accommodation and meals will be offered by the company. We have a lot of incentives for the position.
