We are Royal Agency, a leading provider of household management services in Dubai. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable house managers to join our team, and we have entrusted Almodhaf Recruitment Agency with the task of recruiting and shortlisting the house managers on our behalf.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about managing households and who have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

Your specific responsibilities may include:

Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.

Ensure that all guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Manage the inventory of household supplies and order new items as needed.

Monitor and manage the budget for the household, ensuring that expenses are kept within the approved limits.

Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.

Manage any special events or functions that may be held on the property.

Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures.

Ability to manage a budget and keep track of expenses.

Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

What can we offer?

For the position of House Manager, we are offering a salary of $850 per month. Accommodation and meals will be offered by the company. We have a lot of incentives for the position.
